I wanted to do some speed work to shake things up this morning, so I ran to the track and did 4x400m with 400m jog recovery (1:17 per 400) then ran home for a total of 6 miles. It was short, but the intensity felt good.

I when I do 800 m repeats i usually do them about 2:55.

I like the workout. Is the track at a school? I need one to run on close to home. Nice to see you back at it with the intensity up.

Yes Dan, I run to the middle school track which is about 2 miles away. It is handy to have around. The only negative is you can't use it during school hours from 7 am to 4 pm.
