I had the vacation is over blues this morning and didn't get out of bed until I had to go to work so when I got home from work the thermometer read 114 (it was 58 degrees and raining on my run yesterday in Pocatello) so I decided to bike.

20 miles, drank 2 large water bottles.

IJR. It was only a few days but it was nice and cool up in the mountains and I got in some great runs.

Nice bike ride. Sorry the vacation is over. We're on a mini vacation ourselves.

Slick. I've got a half IM in November and then I think I'm going to do my first ultra in early January.
