I got up early and drove to the foothills of the Hualapai mountains for a run at about 4500 feet. I ran most of the 10 miles at marathon effort although it was pretty hilly so it wasn't quite as fast as goal mp. Which brings me to...I have no clue what I'm going to shoot for next Saturday. Usually I'm going for a sub 3, but with having taken the time off to get the calf better I'm thinking somewhere between 3:10 and 3:15. I probably won't decide till race morning.
