Physcially or mentally?

I like your honesty Rhett. I would have thought that you enjoyed every single run. Hope you get feeling better, but it is nice to see you are as human as the rest of us. :)

Burt, I'm not injured if that is what you are asking. I've just been in a running funk lately. I need to get at the FRB thing, but I just haven't felt like it so I've been posting my runs, but not participating more than that.

Mack, life has been super stressful lately and its been tough to get out of bed in the morning, let alone get in good quality running. I am trying to force myself to do it though and I just couldn't do it today. I'm sure this too will pass. I just need to stick it and smile while I'm at it. Thanks for checking in on me even though I haven't been checking in on anyone else.

Sorry you're in a funk! The hot summer is almost over. Hopefully things at home are improving for ya!

Here's your reminder to register for Boston! :) Chin up, bish!!! :)

Hopefully things will get back to normal for you. Is your house still being worked on? That always makes things tough. Then there's the summer heat. Brutal.

Keep the faith, Rhett. I've been feeling pretty much the same for several months and I'm finally starting to run again. It's been hard, as always, but I do feel a little better after I run.
