I took a longer way home from seminary today down by the lake so I could see if I have time to squeeze in a swim on the way home. Looks like I should be able to do about a 25 minute swim and still get back early enough to make it to work on time. I'll probably start doing that a couple days per week.

Hi Mack. It's good to hear from you. How have you been? Are you still stake president? Thanks for the kind words. My new thing is I run to and from seminary which is a 7 mile round trip. I remember you used to run to the church for meetings. I guess you inspired me.

Seems like you have been seminary teacher for a long time too. Glad I could inspire you to do some running to and from seminary. I'll bet you give better lessons when you arrive feeling great after a nice 3.5 miler.
