Very impressive with no belt.

How'd you stay afloat running w/o belt? Doggie paddle for 30 min?!!! VERY AWESOME!

Dale, I have had no pain from the stress fracture this whole week. This morning when I woke up my legs were sore though, like I had done a hard run yesterday. I guess that running without the belt really gave me a good workout.
Paul, thanks, it is definitely more challenging without the belt.
Smooth, I just run really hard and the leg propulsion keeps me up. I try not to use my arms much, but I do have to use them a little.
