Kelli, I hurt my knee back in Jan and have been babying it ever since. I got sick a few weeks ago and just quit exercising all together. It seems that that has helped my knee some.
Kathie, I ran Monday night, 5 miles with no knee pain. Yesterday my knee was bugging me some though. I'm going to try and run again today some time and see how it is feeling.
