Yuck, that is really cold. In the summer it will be 110 here though, so I'll pay for this great weather later. Our high today is in the 70s. :)

Another 10 miles at easy sub-8 pace! WOW!!! On my run today, I was thinking about your daily 10 milers and how well you train with amazing self-coaching. Over the years you have implemented different training styles/schedules/programs. You are a great athlete, awesome runner!

Thanks Smooth, your kind words always help me stay focused. I do like to mix it up and try new things to see what works for my body and what doesn't. It's a constant evolution as I get older.

Your constant evolution is very intelligent training. No one knows your body better than you. It is also fun, no staleness! You are constantly improving ...very balanced and healthy you with better/faster results. I have no doubt that you will attain your short term goal of sub-3 and long term goal of Full Ironman. You are doing so well with a very busy family life, work and church responsibilities to boot. You're my hero! :)
