P90X Day 72 PlyoRun 1 mile warmup 3 sets of: 5 x 400m with 30 seconds plyometric jumps between 400s and a 400 m walk recovery between sets. .75 miles cool down Total 5 miles and 6 minutes of plyometric jumps I slowed down my 400s this week and averaged right at 1:40. This really helped, as I was actually able to do my last few all faster than 1:40.
