What kind of bike is it Rhett? Is it at the gym or do you have one at home? We have a nice one at our gym. I think it is a "lifewise." It has a lot of cool bells and whistles like the treadmills. My favorite setting is the random mode where it just throws random hills of about 10 different sizes at you while you control the intensity with a separate button. I'm thinking about getting one for my home.

Smooth, I wear biker shorts with pads so my sitter doesn't get sore.
Teena, thanks I like riding the day after a long run
Dale, I honestly don't know how many miles I rode. Next time I'll check
Mack, it is a bike at the gym. I think it is the Lifestyles bike. I started at level 8 for 10 mins, then 10 for 10, then 12 for 10 then 14 for 5 then 12 for 10 then 10 for 10 then 8 for 5. I try and keep between 90 and 100 rpms. It was a good workout.
