I feel like I am peaking at the right time, but I have a tender spot on my left shin (nothing I couldn't run through), so I'm being careful this week.

Great job Rhett. I've kind of lost track of what you have been doing in your training lately. Are you close to running a marathon?

Smooth, I'm excited to start my taper and I guess this little shin problem gives me an excuse to start it a bit early.
Mack, I'm running Phoenix marathon March 2nd. Smooth is running it too.
