Weight training AM

Snuck out a lunch time to climb some stairs--speed intervals for 20 minutes then 25 min eliptical.

AWESOME! Keep it up! BTW, did you get to eat lunch?

Speed intervals as in running or on the elliptical?

From Rhett on Tue, Sep 15, 2009 at 18:19:27 from 74.32.218.117

Smooth, I had a quick bite to eat when I got back to the office.

Kathie, I set the stair machine on speed intervals fast enought that I have to run up the stairs for 1:20 then walk for 1:20 recovery, repeat for 20 minutes. For some reason I can run up the stairs without hurting my foot, but can't run normally without hurting my foot.

Those stairs can be an incredible work out. I'm lad they are easier on the foot.

How is everything going Rhett?? Busy busy??

From Rhett on Thu, Sep 17, 2009 at 13:32:05 from 74.32.218.117

Mark, thanks for asking. Yes, I've just been super busy lately so have not been on the blog as much. My foot is feeling pretty good, but I haven't run for a few weeks. My KT tape arrived today, so I'll probably try to get in a short run tomorrow after my weight training. I really hope it helps.
