Lifted weights today.

I was doing some lat pull downs and had just finished my last set to failure, when a friend walks up to me hands me this bracelet says to put it on on do some more.  I said I'm spent and can't do another, but he urged me to try so I did.  I whipped out 10 more and stopped before failure in amazement.  It was the Power-Balance bracelet.  Have any of you heard of it?  I'm going to order me one I think.  He had me do a couple other things with the bracelet on and with them off.  My balance and flexibility with hugely improved with it on.  It was truely amazing, like magic.  I don't know how it works, but I tell you it did something to me.  I wonder if it will help with running???

Very interesting -- black magic, perhaps. :)

Do you think they make a power-balance lower body cast (flexible of course)???? I'm in!

Bracelet? Interesting!

I swear it was the weirdest thing ever. It made me feel kind of like I do before a race when I all carb loaded and rested with lots of energy. If your interested go to their web sight at powerbalance.net and read there testimonials. A few of them are from runners.

Exactly Paul. A satanic tool, like a Ouija board.

Interesting?!?!

Mighty peculiar. I'm gonna check it out. I've never even hear of that.

If it works for you, go for it! (Unfortunately, my sceptic side will prevent me from ever trying it). Even if it is all mental, it might be worth it!

Looked the bracelet stuff up, but all the cute pendants are out of stock! :(

My hubby had to put a No Soliciting sign are door because I would buy everything! It is hard to say "no" to people who say that they are selling stuff to earn money for college, etc. :)

From DonGardinero on Sat, Sep 12, 2009 at 21:04:16 from 75.162.103.165

That's so funny, Teena!!! I put a no soliciting sing on our door because Amy can't ever say no when the sales people come knockin'
