What a difference a day makes. I felt so good yesterday and just wanted to run fast. Today my right soleus muscle felt a bit tight when I started running and it just seemed to get worse and worse. Finally at 4.5 miles I stopped my run short and road the stationary bike for 40 minutes. I'm not sure what I did to it, but hopefully it feels better tomorrow. PM 1 hour on the bike trainer hard. I then treated my calf with my electromagnetic wrap. It is already stating to feel better. Hopefully I'll be able to run tomorrow.
