Weight training this morning. Heavy lower body, light upper body, followed by easy arc trainer
It was nice to have the arc trainer back, but there is still a little knock in it, so I hope they don't take it away again.

Maybe you should tell them you don't mind the knock. You're probably the only one that uses it a lot.

So have you ever wanted to use the arc trainer and somebody else was on it? If so what did you do?

I did talk to the owner about it this morning and told him it didn't bother me.
Only once have I ever seen anyone else on it when I wanted to use it. I just started warming up on the eliptical and within about 5 minutes she was off it and I switched over. For some reason, people are afraid of the arc trainer. I does feel different than the elliptical. The first time I used it, I wasn't too sure about it.

Hopefully people will be afraid of it for a long time.

I've noticed that the arc trainers tend to knock less if you increase the slope. Just my observation, amigo.
