Full body weight resistance training followed by 3 easy miles running.

I didn't have time to do the eliptical before my run this morning so my foot wasn't as warmed up as usual. My foot did hurt at about 3/10 while running. I think I need a foot transplant. LOL

You want me to dig up some cadavers? I know this place...

Hey Rhett how does the foot feel now?

From Teena on Mon, Jun 08, 2009 at 23:03:36 from 67.177.20.13

Same question as Kathie.

(Keeping my fingers crossed.)

Great job getting in a run. Fast miles at that too. How is the foot feeling??

From Rhett on Tue, Jun 09, 2009 at 13:35:05 from 170.215.58.122

Burt, I just might need that help. After extracting the body, do you know how to put it on mine.

Kathie, Teena, Mark, My foot did not feel very good yesterday even till bed time. This morning it felt better but still a bit sore. I'm getting tired of this whole thing. Maybe I should get the cortizone shot, but I keep telling myself to be patient.

From Teena on Wed, Jun 10, 2009 at 10:41:30 from 67.177.20.13

Have you looked into the iontophoresis patch with dexamethasone? If it is inflammation related this might help and is not as invasive as a cortisone shot.

Patience is a good thing. I wish I had more of it myself! :)
