I'm not re-writing the whole thing that I accidentally posted on July 1.   Thanks for catching that for me Teena.  I ran 2.5 miles pretty much pain free this morning, but am now sore this afternoon.  I plan on seeing how it feels on Wed. and if it is good, doing a few more easy miles.

Aaahhh ... it is June!!! :) (Thank goodness ... no way I could even be close to being ready for TOU if we were already in July. Although I have finally come to terms with the fact that if I run it at all that it won't be any type of PR race.)

Be careful Rhett. A setback would put you in a major bad mood!!! :)

Kathie, Teena, Smooth: Thanks, I'm trying to be patient. Teena, your right. If I have another set back I'll really be ticked off. You have been such a good example of proper rehabbing this last while. Thanks.

Glad to hear you are on the comeback trail. Keep is simple and don't over do it. No more set backs!
