Fartlek Hills

2 mile warm up, followed by 5 laps, each just over a mile with 3 good hills (approximately 150 m each), for a total of 15 hills run hard.  Then a couple mile cool down until I hit 10 miles for the run.  Everything but the hills was run easy.

You're in better shape now than you were for the Phoenix Marathon! Going to do great! Text me and let me know what time you think you will be at the house so I can be ready. It will be nice and cool Friday morning!

Sounds like your recovery has turned into training for your next challenge!

Slick, I have UVM in a little over 4 weeks. I only have a couple weeks of good running left before I gotta taper. Last week was a recovery week, but I've been putting in good miles since my calf healed a few weeks after the Phoenix marathon at the end of February.
