This is a fair amount of info to digest (I'm not even through it), but this thread is by two world class coaches and has a lot of sound training advice. What are your thoughts? I've backed off of HR training, but this has some information I had not seen before.

Looks like an interesting thread. I'll need a little time to completely read it all. I'll give my 2 cents when I finish reading it all. My first impression is, it seems complicated with all those percentages of 5K pace, etc. I may have to take a math class before I can figure out what they are saying.
