How did the bike feel this morning? Shoot me a text when you get your phone. Good job respecting the recovery run. I am still like a little kid trying to learn to respect it. I really tried this morning.

Bike felt really nice. By Thursday I am usually a bit beat up and the bike brings my legs back to life.

6:45 tomorrow morning, My house?

Hopefully my new phone will arrive today. I had to order one.

Gotta respect the recovery run. When's the race?

What is your next race? Sorry, I'm sure you have posted it but I can't remember what it is.

Yasir, you can come run with us anytime. Friday mornings we go long. :)

DRun, I was just telling Blake this morning that I have no regrets on this training cycle. I've done everything needed to run a sub 3, now I just have to hope it all goes well on race day. I hope you are right.

Matt & IJR, Blake and I are doing Phoenix on Feburary 28th. Today was our last long run. Now its taper time!
