6 miles this morning nice and easy averaging right at 8:00. The hot air balloon festival is this weekend here in Lake Havasu City and all the balloons are up in the air. It's fun to see them all up in the air at the same time.

Don't you usually have a 1/2 marathon race against yourself during the hot air balloon fest? I seem to remember this.

I remember the hot air balloon festival but I think every year it was too windy for all the balloons to be out. Glad you got to see it. Looking forward to our run tomorrow!

Tom. You have a good memory. I love that race. I’ve won it every time i have run it :) Since I’m running the San Diego Trail Marathon tomorrow I had to take a DNS this year. Next year I’ll have to return to recapture my crown.
