Nice job Rhett. We bought a new scale yesterday and as I suspected, I am heavier than I thought. Instead of 185, I weigh 192.4. Very discouraging. I better get my act together.

Mack, I'm glad you are on the healthy eating band wagon. It helps to know that someone else out there is doing it too. Last night on my run I was already starting to feel some extra energy from it.
