Since I won't be here for track work tomorrow with Jeff and Jim, I decided to do some hill work today.  2 mile warm up followed by 10 hill sprints with 10 walks back down totalling 2 miles then 1 mile cool down.  About half way through I started getting a bit light headed at the end of each hill sprint. I never puked though. :)

My familly is heading to Flagstaff for the rest of the week.  I don't know why we are leaving this beautiful low to mid 60 degree weather to go freeze our bibies off in Flagstaff.  I'll try and get in a few runs, but who knows.

OH, you have my dream weather right now!!! We are actually supposed to hit 50 later this week. I would be excited for it, but it is a smoggy mess out there and so ugly and depressing. We need snow and cold to get rid of it!

Hope you guys had a fabulous Christmas and enjoy the cold! Run it just for us!!!

OH, and BTW, you do not want to puke. Lightheadedness is good enough.

WAY to do hill work! I get lightheaded just reading your hill sprint! :)

Have fun at Flagstaff! It can't be any worse than the Wasatch Front! We need a good snow storm badlly!

Hey don't freeze your bibies off...and no, I don't know what bibies are, but I'm sure it's not good to freeze them off!

Enjoy your family vacation time!
