One hour climbing stairs today. The last 10 minutes were tough. According to the machine it was an equivalent workout to running 8.36 miles. I don't know how they figure that though.

My KT tape finally arrived today!!!! I'm going to tape up tonight and try it out on a run tomorrow. Looks like I may have to shave my lower right leg to avoid hair ripping.

Very sweet!!! Hopefully with your tape. You will be able to start running again. My wife picked some up the other day to use on her achillies. She hasn't tried it out yet. But I sure hope it will work for you guys.

Marc, the first thing my wife said when she found out I was going to shave my leg was "don't use my razor!"

Smooth, Teena, I took like 10 minutes just to shave the lower 3rd of 1 leg. No way I'm spending an hour or longer to shave all of both legs. I do like how smooth it feels though. :)

Dale, the tape seems to be working it's magic, just like advertised.
