Another beautiful day is Havasu. As I ran back home and looked over the lake with the sun rising behind me, I felt like the luckiest man alive. I love it here this time of year.

My wife is heading down with two of her girlfriends for a few days away at a local resort there in Havasu. How is the weather right now?
They will get there on Friday night, late and be leaving next Wed.

Nice job on hitting it right at 8. Enjoy that great weather while it last. Things start to heat up for you guys here in the next month or 2??

jun,
Today the weather is amazing. High of 80, no wind, no clouds, just perfect. I don't know what the forcast for the weekend is though. Seems like the only thing that ever ruins the weather around here is wind.

Another envious day and nice run, Rhett! Sounds like you live in paradise right now. The only way I get to look over Utah Lake is when I run up SunCrest. I do LOVE living in Utah with our four seasons.

Sounds like a great place to live. How were your legs today after your incredible 15 miler last night?

Dale, my legs felt pretty good this morning considering how hard I ran last night. My calfs were a tiny bit sore, but everything else felt great.

Paul, you've got my schedule totally figured out. I guess I've become predictable.
