AM

I planned on running mp (6:40) as long as I felt comfortable on TM at 1% incline.

Unfortunately I never really felt comfortable with that pace this morning, so I called it quits after 6 miles and switched to an EZ pace at 8:00 for the last 2.5 miles.

Total run 8.5 miles, 1 hour.

PM

30 minutes on the stationary bike doing progressively harder intervals.

You are too diehard for your own good!!! If I could ever run 8.5 miles in one hour I would be in heaven!!! Think of all the spare time I would have to study!!!! :)

2-a-days are rough!!!!

Teena, I'm only following your example My 2 a days are going to consist of a lot of X training. I'm going to try and keep my running down to 3 times a week still.

Nice job, Rhett. No sense in killing yourself at that speed. LOL

Awesome job Rhett. I am also adding in some other stuff into my training. Arc training, bike, lifting and such. Nice and easy is the trick. Awesome job on the MP. I am still hoping to run the 8 miles in a hr. Well I have done it in a few races but not really in training to often.
