I am feeling refreshed this morning after taking the night off last night.
Lower Body weights, core work, 20 minutes stair speed intervals.

I am laughing right now. I wonder what most people would think if they read all these comments about you letting your body rest, when you really didn't even take a full day off!!!! :)
