Feeling lean today. Weighed in at 152.5 lbs this morning. That is what I weighed last year when I set my marathon PR at Boston. Maybe there is hope for me at UVM next week.

thanks Rhett! I think you will do great! Your fitness is awesome! with your marathoning experience and healed up calf, you will fly down that canyon and finish strong!
