Totally bummed after the run.  During the 7th mile I strained my calf again somehow a lot like I did in Boston, but not nearly as bad.  Hopefully it will heal up real quick and I'll be back to running again in a couple days.  I can't figure out why it happened again.  I thought I was doing well and not pushing things too much.  Oh well, I'll just try and be smart so I can get back to full training as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear about the calf Rhett. Did you get in to St George?

That's a bummer about the calf. Seems to be a lot of that going around. Get well soon..will I see you and Doone in October in St George?

Mack and Marc, it's good to hear from you two. I hope you guys are running without injury. I did not sign up for SGM this year. Sounds like Marc got in are you running it Mack?

I'm hoping to take a summer off marathon training, but I need a good BQ time at UVM in a month, otherwise I'll be running Pocatello in Sep. for my last chance at a BQ before Boston registration.
