50 minute elliptical

I decided to run a local 5K tomorrow.  It is a flat course and I have not run a flat 5K in about 5 years so I'm interested to see what kind of time I can get.  I think I'll will mix the race into my long run somehow... maybe run to the race and then home from it.

Nice. Where's the race at? Good luck.

The race is out on the island, the only flat spot in Havasu.

I was going to ask if that's where it was. That's where they had the cross country races when I was in high school, too.

Can I make a prediction or would that be bad luck?
