Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.

Consistent aerobic and strength training.

Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Feelng better today. I had some kind of cold sore throat thing over the weekend. I was in a total funk and very tired.
Felt good until last mile when top of right foot started to bother me again. This has been an on and off thing since May or so. Some kind of tendonitis linked with the arch I believe. Feels better when I run really high on the fore foot.
