Lower bodyweight and complete some short races.
Personal:
Started runnning more regularly in 2005 after years of mostly strength training. I have cut back on endurance training since developing heart related issues over the years. Reintroduced regular strength training for a more balanced approach to health.

Treadmill time since I wasn't feeling like trudging through snow.
Outside run followed by some strength training. Covid struck the house so now everyone locked down and awaiting a possible turn. Wonder if my flu shot will help at all. I've read it might.
