Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
No idea. Just trying to stay in shape after several heart related setbacks.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lower bodyweight and complete some more races.
Personal:
Hooked onto running in 2005 after years of mostly powerlifting.
Treadmill time since I wasn't feeling like trudging through snow.
Foggy morning run on some snow and ice.
Treadmill run with 4 x 4 min fast. Short strength training session afterward.
Outside run followed by some strength training. Covid struck the house so now everyone locked down and awaiting a possible turn. Wonder if my flu shot will help at all. I've read it might.
Cold and windy miles
Easy run on a cold and gloomy day. Two kids have now tested positive for Covid in the house.
