Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Took it easier with the weights this time after the thrashing last week. Really needed a couple days off. Here's to a better week of running this week, I hope anyway.

Hopefully you are less sore this week! You had some good mileage, but it doesn't sound like the miles were too easy to come by. Good luck!

Thanks, yeah took a couple weeks off from squats & then had hair brain idea to hit them hard. Legs were dead sore for rest of week! I know they keep injury away so plan to keep doing them but not so many sets or reps.

Last time I did squats my knees hurt for two weeks! It is so easy to overdo!
