Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Steady run of 10 mi at 7:30-8:00 pace over the lunch hour. Another windy day, but the sun was shining and kept me warm. Legs had good spring today.

What was the temperature during the nice fantastic wind that we love to run in?
Nice run and keeping the pace consistent. I can't wait till I can run in some shorts.

Temp was about 45-50, but the wind chill made it feel like upper 30s maybe. Yes, I really like warm weather running. I know some like the 40s, not me. I'd rather have 70s or 80s.
