Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Consistent aerobic and strength training.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Glad to see that you are back to running and blogging again. It sounds like you have been through quite a ordeal. Good to see you are feeling good and able to manage your injury. I have had some nagging injuries this year as well so it is always nice to be healthy and running. A lot to be thankful for!

Yes, I finally got sick of running in pain. The exercises I do have helped a lot, but can still feel it there some days. Especially after a long runs. Anyway, I look forward to keeping up with your running exploits.
