Ran for Alta High School under the coaching of Rob Murphy, one of the best coaches out there. I'm currently an artificial intelligence engineer that's just trying to enjoy some runs.
We ran the hidden vally loop today and when we got back to the track, Murph threw in a 3200 M. Ran that in 11:06, a new PR considering that I've never run a 3200 with a stopwatch.
Started wih a 1 mile warm up and then ran 200s today BUT instead of stopping and lining up for every 200 we ran them continuously. After we ended with a 1 mile cool down.
