I was a little disappointed with the race today. I ran a 10:26 when really I should be running 10:10, and I know that its a mental block and not a physical block, but hopefully I can get over that during the summer. On the bright side though I out sprinted a kid from Tim the last 5 meters. Overall, I was pretty happy about the meet with me PRing in the mile and running my PR in the 2 mile. Because this was my last race I was thinking about the beginning of the year when my mile PR was a 5:12 (now a 4:45) and my 2 mile PR was a 11:06 (now a 10:25). Looking back, I'm really happy about the progress I made throughout the season. Hopefully next year will go as well of better.
