So ran at the UHSTCA Invitational today with the cold and wind. It was really hard to run the 1600 because the wind was very strong so my time for that was 5:00-not my best performance. The 3200 was a little bit easier, but it was very very very cold, but I still managed to spit out a 10:44 which is not bad.
