Waited until 7pm so that the temps would cool off a little.  Ran over to Bangerter and then up to the PRT.  The first few miles were really warm.  The last 3 were perfect.  The legs felt heavy from doing 10 yesterday.  Started really slow but after the hill up Bangerter the legs started to feel better.  The last 2 felt great.

I love it! we're both on the same track again! Ogden coming up and pushing for that elusive 3:30 :) You're a lot closer than I am I think, but my confidence in marathons stinks!

Saturday a group of us are doing a 22 miler with the Thanksgiving Point half as some tempo miles. I'm just carrying my own water and banditing the race. If you're interested I'd love to pace them with you!

RAD. Count me in for Saturday. What time? Where? I'll do my best to keep up.

Okay, sorry this is late, but I just got home and on the computer! We are meeting at Electric Park at 5:50AM to do 5 miles (leave at 6:00) before the race nice and easy - think 9's! Then, I'm going to tempo the half (8:20's with elevation and try to drop to 8:00 or below when I can and go progressive) which starts at 7:00. I'm officially registered, but only because a good friend paid for me two days ago. There are other banditing the race - just bring your own liquid. Then we will re-group and meet for 4 cool down after the race.

Feel free to call me with any questions or when you get there to meet up.

801-971-6717, my cell...I'll have it with me.
