Great speedwork session. Did 10X.5 with 1 mile warmup at 8:34 and .25 mile recovery at 8:34. The 1/2 mile repeats were done at the following paces:
6:40, 6:35, 6:31, 6:27, 6:22, 6:18, 6:15, 6:11, 5:56 and 6:49. The 5:56 was just so I could touch the outside of jtshad's world for the first time.
