Ryans place park in River Heights to mouth of BF canyon and back along TOU course. 18 miles @ 7:33 average pace. Wore a pair of neutral 6 ounce asics racing flats. No problems, thereby proving to myself that my previous foot problems were caused by the heavy cushioned shoes the so-called "shoe experts" told me to wear.

We waved to you while you were on the hwy, but you didn't see us.

Jon, I was looking for you guys on Hollow road, I saw some cars but no people. I was ready for a glass of sunny-D on my way back too, bummer.

i saw you as well, heading toward hollow road. looked like you had a nice pace going. great run. are you running the 5K next weekend?

From Cody on Sun, Sep 13, 2009 at 00:22:55 from 67.161.250.22

Do you want to pace me the last 10K? Piece of cake right? I will be in death march mode...

From redrooster on Sun, Sep 13, 2009 at 19:38:21 from 129.123.67.87

Allie, yeah I will do the 5K, feeling guilty that i am not out the slogging through the whole thing. But I am still planning for Mesquite if my leg holds up.

Cody- that would be fun, and an honor- but do you think I could keep up with you? what kind of pace are you looking for that last 6 miles? I am assuming you will be running around 6:15, right? I will probably jog back up the course after the 5K and will be happy to give it a shot!
