back to the grind after a fun Saturday. Now I am thinking of signing up for the new Mesquite marathon, it will be held at just the right time for me to train properly. Will wait and watch the leg for a few long runs to be sure. Ran from my office to RT up to single track and back. two minutes and 47 seconds slower than last week. oh well. body feels OK overall. thinking of running intervals in five fingers again tomorrow.
