kicking with a kick board. it is really fun. you just kick. tried some variations Neal Legler was doing but pretty much almost drowned trying to do things fancy. so I went back to my normal kicking. about 600 yards of hard kicking. it is a good workout. I have lots of new muscles and am looking buffed.

spent a lot of time compiling emails for my subpoena and deposition. pretty exciting- to be subpoenaed. I've never been subpoenaed before. I wish I had gone to law school and could have been a lawyer and made a real contribution to society by suing people instead of educating students and doing biochemical research

What is the subpoena for?

From redrooster on Thu, Apr 23, 2009 at 14:12:56 from 129.123.3.31

Jon, I would love to tell you, but lawyers are probably monitoring the blog, just looking for me to reveal confidential details of this subpoena so they can pounce on me and mess with me even more. just look how fast riverton paul picked up on this. So I will have to tell you over a bagel in person some time. But first I will have to be sure you are not wearing a wire, maybe hidden under your kinsei tape.
