Long run day, windy out but with much less snow that originally predicted.  Met Joey Whelan at the bar and planned to meet up and run today.  He is quite a bit faster than me so long run was nice and quick, just like back in SLC.  Made it through unfortunately no sub-6 miles but we were close on a few.

Based on Mr. Whelan's recent performance @ NCAAs, it appears you found FASTER people to train with :-)

Good week. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do in this 5K. If it goes well, I might be inspired to run the 3K at BYU in a couple weeks.
