AM: Easy run down to Liberty Park before workout tonight.
PM: 8 by 1000 at the track with 200 jog rest. 319, 319, 319, 320, 321, 321, 322, 323. Not the best workout, but what can you do? Long run at Jeremey Ranch Saturday morning!
