Workout day, started with 1 mile climb up to 11th ave then 4 mile tempo (~550/mile) jog another mile then start the avenues death march. Starting from I street & south temple go up three blocks hard over one easy, then jog to terrace hills and split that one up into 3 sections with two short breaks up. Then about 3.5 mile jog home. Felt as good as I could have expected, and very nice day out. Saw a flyer for a 5k that starts at the 18th ave church, I can only imagine that is one very painful race.
