Another winter series in the books, windy out today but luckily let up some for the race.  Ran nice even splits going out and caught Rob on the way back, hip flexor was a little tight in the last few miles.

 Warmed up with Fritz and cooled down with a bunch of people from the race.

Nice race today! Alway fun meeting new runners every race and if I had one more mile of head wind, I would have been in trouble!
