Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Barbeque Chicken and Basmati Brown Rice sides: garden tomatoes and cukes I cooked the chicken and rice together with a lot of water and about 1/2 of cup of barbeque sauce. It resulted in a very mild tasting chicken and delicious moist chicken barbeque rice. Sasha had thirds so I'll probably make this again. Dinner: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches sides: cukes |
