I'm kind of breaking away from the normal use of this blog and decided to set up a recipe blog so anyone can see what exactly this crazy family eats every day. We are very consistent and dedicated to good health. We have a unique way of eating that has brought us health and happiness.

Hi Mama Sarah--eggs? Perfect choice. I love eggs. No doubt baby's growing in high gear now. Got any good suggestions for mung beans? I've been off the meat lately and heard mung beans with brown rice make a perfect protein. I didn't see anything on the recipe blog. P.S. Sasha invited me to come run with you this morning (Thursday) as we passed on the trail (he obviously wasn't paying close attention to my lack of speed and form which would indicate my current state of mind). But what do you say about tommorrow (Friday)?

I'd love too. Anytime works for me now that it's cooled off a bit. Let me know and I'll be ready. Mung beans...I have to confess I haven't branched out to those...are they the green ones. However I think if you do a search on the good ol internet you'll find a recipe. Let me know. If you don't feel like searching I would just cook them up and add whatever spices are your favorite..or the good ol ever easy braggs works good. Then I'd chop up your favorite veggies or add some lettuce and sour cream (you've gotta have sour cream if you are off meat right?) If you do find a cool recipe let me know.
